Terms of use

Version 1.2 · effective October 1, 2026.

These terms apply to virateam.us and the VIRA Team app at sales.virateam.us, manager.virateam.us and owner.virateam.us, operated by VIRA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("VIRA"). By using them you agree to these terms.

The team app

• Access is by invitation only, through Google sign-in. Do not share access or sign in as anyone else.
• Everything in the app (leads, customers, playbook, training, pricing plans, internal messages) is VIRA confidential information. Use it only for your work for VIRA, and do not copy or export it.
• Your use must follow the policies you acknowledge in the app and your signed agreement. If these terms and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
• Activity, working time and approximate clock-in location are recorded as described in the Privacy Policy.
• VIRA may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when an engagement ends or to protect the app.

Applications

You must be at least 18 to apply, able to work lawfully as an independent contractor where you live, and not in a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions or on a sanctions list. Submitting an application does not create an offer or any relationship. VIRA never asks applicants for fees, deposits or bank details. Engagements are governed only by an agreement signed in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, scrape, automate or try to get around the security of the site or the app.

No warranty and limits

The site and app are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, VIRA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where the law of your country requires its own rules to apply. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith by written notice; if that fails within 30 days, the courts of Wyoming, USA have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version and date above show the latest. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
